Question - How much is the postage ?

Answer - This depends on the size and weight of the item, we do not make a profit on postage costs. For example postage cost for a single one off item such as resistor, transistor etc would be apx 50p.

Questions - How do I pay for the item I wish to order ?

Answer - We accept PayPal and Cheque (note that we will not post an item until payment has been received in full)

Question - As the part I wish to order is hard to find I know you wont have it in stock but how long will it take to arrive ?

Answer - This depends on our supplier, we will let you know once we have a delivery date from them.

Question - I am a member of the public not trade, can I still buy from you ?

Answer - Yes, we accept orders from trade and public.  No accounts etc required.

Question - Do you keep a lot of items in stock ?

Answer - No we don't.  Some company's do but they often charge higher prices as they need to pay for large storage areas and more staff and systems etc.  We aim to keep our costs as low as possible.
