SystemTek PartFinder Service - Description of the service

1) The objective of the service is that customers access the SystemTek PartFinder website and under the Contact Us section they then log a request for a price for parts they require.

2) SystemTek will then try to locate the parts the customer has requested.  SystemTek holds trade accounts with most of the major parts suppliers and manufacturers for computer, electronics and telecoms parts.  There is no charge to the customer, the service is free to use and once the customer has been given a price they are in no way obliged to purchase the part from SystemTek.

3) As SystemTek offers this service for free there is no guarantee on how long it will take us to locate your part and supply you with a price. 

4) SystemTek will only deal with PartFinder requests between the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.  We do not deal with requests at weekends or during bank/public holidays.

5) We aim to try to action all PartFinder requests within 24hours of us receiving them.

6) Sometimes there are delays in us getting you a price that are out of our hands, it depends how long it takes the suppliers and manufacturers to respond to our requests for prices.

7) Prices are generally only valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

8) Prices for postage will be given to you along with your price for your requested part.  There is no standard price for postage as it can vary between items.  All items where possible are sent by Royal Mail Standard or Recorded delivery.
