Movie & TV Streaming App Showbox Is Down
When trying to connect to Showbox users are seeing a message which reads: ‘Connection error. Check your internet connection!’ and there is no option to do anything else.
So far there is no official indication whether or not the connection failure is permanent or just a temporary glitch. There is some reports online that say the service has closed for good but nothing has been confirmed officially.
According to this post, Showbox has been shutdown. It says that Cloudflare was ordered to reveal the identities of the operators of the websites like Showboxbuzz.com, Showbox.software, Rawapk.com, Popcorn-time.to, Popcorntime.sh, YTS.ag, and YTS.gg. Godaddy was also ordered to reveal the domain registration info of Showboxappdownload.com and all these resulted in the shutdown of Showbox and Moviebox.
Showbox is not a legal app because it streams movies without any permission of original video creator. Streaming movies and TV shows without any permission from their creator is illegal, so Showbox is not legal.
