Jenkins Crafted Existing User Session Improper Authorization Vulnerability [CVE-2019-1003003]

A vulnerability in Jenkins could allow an authenticated, remote attacker to gain unauthorized access to a targeted system. The vulnerability is due to the affected software improperly authorizing existing user sessions. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by using a crafted Remember me cookie on a targeted system. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to gain unauthorized access to an existing user session and conduct further attacks.Jenkins has confirmed the vulnerability and released software updates.
