There is a hoax going around that is trying to get people to change their Twitter birth year to 2007 to unlock a new colour scheme.
DO NOT follow this…. If you do then you will be locked out of your Twitter account, because in theory you will be under 13 years of age and to young to use Twitter.
Twitter has took to Twitter to remind users that this is a hoax.
We’ve noticed a prank trying to get people to change their Twitter birthday in their profile to unlock new color schemes. Please don’t try this. We don't have different color schemes based on your birthday.
