Description

Whirlpool is recalling tumbler dryers sold under the Hotpoint, Indesit, Swan, Creda and Proline brands sold between 2004 and 2015.

This is a follow on from the previous safety notices regarding these machines:

What To Do

If you believe you have an affected model please check by calling

0800 151 0905

Or by checking at https://safety.hotpoint.eu/dryercheck

If you have an affected appliance unplug it and do not use it until it has been replaced or modified

If you have an affected appliance Whirlpool will offer the the choice to have it replaced free of charge, to opt for an upgrade from £59, to have it fixed by an engineer or to choose a refund, which will be dependent on the age of your tumble dryer.
