Almost one million credit card details appear on underground forum

Researchers at cyber security firm D3Lab have unearthed data belonging to almost one million credit card holders on an underground web forum.

In a sample of 980,930 files, D3Lab analysts found credit card numbers, expiration dates, CVVs and more. The files were offered on a carding database called All World Cards created this year which offers access to over 2.5 million credit card details.

D3Lab subsequently sent the information to the banks associated to the cards so they could be cancelled.
