Microsoft SQL A nonrecoverable I/O error occurred [RESOLVED]

If your in Microsoft SQL Server and you go to backup your database and you get this error “A nonrecoverable I/O error occurred” what does it mean ?

Well lucky enough its a simple one to fix, but the error is a bit vague, it means your out of space ! check how much free space you have where your backing the file up to and look at how big the database is your backing up.
