Plex for Kodi now has a free version that does not require a Plex Pass subscription.
While you will be able to access your media collection hosted on a Plex Media Server through the Kodi app, certain features remain exclusive to Plex Pass subscribers.

This news comes less than a week after it was revealed Plex had taken legal action against unofficial add-ons that let people integrate the two services without paying.
Premium features exclusive to Plex Pass subscribers include audio fingerprinting, parental controls, and support for multiple user accounts.
