Snapchat Source Code Leaked And Published On GitHub
Some of Snapchat’s source code was posted on GitHub, apparently this was obtained when the company did an update to the iOS app back in May, that went wrong. The leak itself was quickly rectified, and they said that no company or user data was compromised, a bit of the company source code ended up on GitHub.
Snap filed a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown request to get this removed.
The public access to the repository has also been disabled but some researchers appear to be exchanging the data privately.
Snapchat source code leaked? Apparently yes https://t.co/A58TZ28FEK (Snap Inc. DMCA request to GitHub)
Does anyone have a mirror of the (now deleted) repository? hxxps://github[.]com/i5xx/Source-SnapChat/ #snapchat #leaked
