CVE Number – CVE-2018-17098
A vulnerability in the WavFileBase class of the SoundTouch library could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to cause a denial of service (DoS) condition on a targeted system. The vulnerability exists in the WavFileBase class of the affected software and is due to heap corruption that could occur in the WavOutFile::write function, as defined in the WavFile.cpp source code file.
