Fake ESTA Visa Website [www.applymyesta.com]

We recently received reports regarding the following e-mail (on a number of e-mail accounts) from [email protected] directing the user to www.applymyesta.com however they have never requested a travel Visa, on investigation it appears other people have also had this e-mail who have never requested a Visa.

This appears to be a website that will process applications, however it is strange how people are getting e-mails from this site when they have never requested Visa’s. This appears to be a way to guide people to this site as they charge a fee to process the application.

According to their website it states “www.applymyesta.com is private and third-party ESTA applications data processing agency and it is not affiliated in any way with the Government of the United States of America. We do not guarantee that applications will be accepted, we only process the customer’s application data and integrate into the ESTA CBP system”

The official website for ESTA Visa is – https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/

The following text is the e-mail that was received :-

Kindly, visit the website https://www.applymyesta.com/usa/esta/apply# to renew your visa or to put in a fresh application.
