This error will occur when the update install detects that the system firmware or drivers aren’t up to date.
- If antivirus program is running on the computer, disable it during the upgrade process.
- Run Windows Update to make sure that Windows is updated.

- Ensure you have at least 16GB free disk space.

b. Select Command Prompt (Admin)
c. On the open Command Prompt window copy and paste the commands (all at once).

c. Exit the command prompt and check if it helps.
