A number of Microsoft services are down – users worldwide are affected
A number of Microsoft services are today been affected by a huge outage that is affecting users all around the world.
Reports suggest the following systems currently have connectivity issues :-
-Microsoft Teams
-Exchange Online
-Outlook
-SharePoint Online
-OneDrive for Business
-Microsoft Graph
Most individuals and businesses around the world rely on Microsoft products. Microsoft Teams alone is used by more than 280 million people globally.
Due to the scale of this outage it is no surprise that Teams and Office 365 are currently trending topics worldwide on Twitter.
Microsoft has said that it has identified an issue and they are working to resolve it, in a statement they said “We’ve identified a potential networking issue and are reviewing telemetry to determine the next troubleshooting steps”
The website down detector shows a massive spike in reported Microsoft outages from around 7am (UK time)
