Digilent WaveForms DWF3WORK File Parsing Directory Traversal Remote Code Execution Vulnerability (CVE-2025-10203)

This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected installations of Digilent WaveForms. User interaction is required to exploit this vulnerability in that the target must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file.
The specific flaw exists within the processing of DWF3WORK files. The issue results from the lack of proper validation of a user-supplied path prior to using it in file operations.
An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of the current user.
