A consumer could touch these parts and receive an electric shock.
In addition, the plug face does not meet the dimensional requirements of BS 1363 and does not make a secure connection with the socket.
Improvements are also required to product labelling and marking.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Plugs & Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994
